Please remember ALL my regular cakes are baked to order, no frozen pre-made cakes are purchased for use as wedding or other types of cakes. This is why I need the notice, planning, planning, planning. I do work from an office at home, but bake off-site, so preparation and planning must be done to book the space and fine tune what I'll need on hand.
Kosher pricing is available upon request. Additional charges apply. I do offer gluten-free cakes, which are the only exception to the rule of pre-mades above. They are made at a precision controlled bakery, in order to minimize your risk. Please ask about their pricing.

I do not use real butter for icing in the summer months but will use it between January and April, and again in November thru January. A difference in price exists between the standard buttercream and the 50/50 split icing. You must ask for the real butter icing when ordering. This is used at your own risk due to weather changes. This adds .50 per slice.
My standard buttercream icing has been on all my cakes when they won Blue Ribbons at the Mid South Fair in the Professional Division of the Culinary Arts Category. This fair is held in the September heat and holds up very well indoors. This icing is made with a shortening which is trans-fat free.
Adding fresh fruit to a recipe adds an additional .50 per slice.
Standard pricing begins at $3.00 a slice using standard buttercream icings. Depending on designwork added, your final price per slice may be slightly higher.
Specialty Flavors begin at $4.25 a slice using standard buttercream icings and have nuts, creams, coconuts, chocolates and /or alcohol and other additives included in the price depending on the recipe. Depending on designwork added, your final price per slice may be slightly higher.
